Having relocated to Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Robert's thirty year freelance photographic career was based in New York-metro providing still imagery exclusively to corporate clients for their advertising, packaging, POS, sales promotion, web and public relations purposes.
With food product still life his specialty, Robert's client base included Sara Lee, Unilever, CPC, American Home Foods, Nabisco, Borden and Campbell Soup.
Numerous local restaurants, caterers and independent food retailers were also regular clients and were provided with the same service and pictorial quality.
Pharmaceutical clients included Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Warner Lambert, Baxter and Becton-Dickenson. Cosmetics, The Body Shop and Guest Supply.
Prior to 2000, traditional film photography was the only method available requiring the anticipated image to be properly styled, composed and illuminated beforehand to the clients satisfaction.
Today most anyone can produce an adequate image with a digital camera however adequate is not how Robert honed his craft.
A seasoned professional utilising balanced artificial lighting for visual enhancement, proper colour balance and composition alternatives will assure that the image(s) produced will best represent the company's product visually while also supporting the intended marketing direction and purpose.
